‘Have’ or ‘Has’?

Anyone else who is irritated by the use of ‘have’ below? This airline HAS/HAVE partnered with another company? To me, when referring to a company by its official name, it should be seen as a collective entity with the verb in singular form (‘has’). This is because the overall entity is being referred to (especially in the instance shown below). However, after extensive Googling on the topic, it appears that some (native English speakers included) prefer to use ‘have’ for singular entities. But this depends on whether they refer to the multiple components/elements that make up the singular or the entity as a whole/unit). I agree. But in this instance, I believe that ‘has’ is more correct. Any thoughts on this?
