Here’s my latest infographic to help you write more effectively! This time around I’ve introduced you to 5 really useful copywriting tools which are freely available on the web. Below, find a short blurb about each tool as well as the link to each tool. Additionally, you’ll find the corresponding infographic I created (thanks to Canva.com). I hope these tools help you take your writing to the next level! Enjoy :-)

TOOL 1: WebFX Readability Tool > https://www.webfx.com/tools/read-able/

WebFX allows you to test the effectiveness of your entire website copy. Also, the test comprises the Flesch Kincaid Reading Ease, Gunning Fog Score, Coleman Liau Index, and more. These are useful tests if you’re interested in the power of the written word in general!

TOOL 2: Coschedule’s Headline Analyzer > https://coschedule.com/headline-analyzer

Next, Coschedule is a tool specifically for writing punchy headlines. This tool tests for common, uncommon, emotive, and powerful words in a unique manner which results in a cool graphical analysis.

TOOL 3: AMI’s Emotional Marketing Headline Analyzer > https://www.aminstitute.com/headline/

AMI’s tool tests your headline on intellectual, spiritual, and empathetic effectiveness. Additionally, it also gives a score for the number of Emotional Marketing Value (EMV) words used.

TOOL 4: Wordcounter.net > https://wordcounter.net/

Wordcounter.net checks your text for reading level, reading time, speaking time, keyword density, general sentence/word/character count, and more.

TOOL 5: Grammarly.com > https://app.grammarly.com/

Lastly, this is a powerful word processing tool that helps you refine your copy as you type. It highlights unnecessary passive voice, grammar and spelling errors, punctuation problems and much more.

Feel free to save my infographic on copywriting tools as a reference and add to the list where possible. Enjoy :-)
