  1. Firstly, the identified team members are tested to determine their level of written English. This is done by one of English Communication’s partner organizations in the Netherlands.
  • In light of the outcome of the abovementioned test, a coaching plan and programme is drawn up for the employee. This includes information about the level to be achieved, copywriting goals, and information on the particular forms of writing to be worked on i.e. social media updates, blog posts, Google ads etc. etc.
  • Copy coaching commences according to the outlined coaching plan agreed upon by both parties.
  • At the end of the coaching programme (and copywriting training online), Elizabeth provides the company with the coaching outcomes and a short reflection meeting is conducted with the participants and manager.

Who is Eligible?

Non-native English speakers are eligible for copywriting coaching. On rare occasions, native English speakers can also undergo coaching if their level is below the company’s requirements.

Participants can stem from marketing, communication, or even sales teams. Participants from other fields are equally welcome if the training fits into the individual’s development plan within the organization.

What is the Duration of the Copy Coaching?

Coaching plans (including copywriting training online) can be created for a period of one month (for example 4 x 2-hour weekly sessions) right up until a maximum period of 12 months (after which the coaching is evaluated). Both the number of sessions and hours per session will be determined by both parties.
